Dry Season Farming is the solutions to Food Insecurity – King Mali

Ahmed Ali Mali Shuwadi, CEO King Mali’s Empire Limited

Ahmed Ali Mali Shuwadi popularly known on social media as King Mali is Nigerian based in Turkey .He is the Chief Executive Officer of King Mali’s Empire Limited. He left the shores of Nigeria in 2012 for higher academic pursuit. The English Lecturer and business mogul in this interview with Femi Adi, the Managing Editor of Daily NewsTime Nigeria explains why he took the risk despite harsh economic situations to invest all his hard earned money in Nigeria rather than overseas, where he’s currently based. He also speaks about need for government to take deliberate actions to revive agricultural sector; subsidise Fertilizer and machineries to support farmers in local regions as well as the dire importance of deploying solar powered equipment for farming. Excerpts-:

We would like to know you?

I am Ahmed Ali Mali Shuwadi, a Nigerian from Gadaka, Yobe State, Nigeria. I graduated from a Nigerian Turkish International College. I then proceeded for my degree in Turkey. I did my first degree; Masters and now in my final year for my PhD. I am a lecturer teaching English Language at the University in Turkey . I did my Masters in Linguistics, and currently teaching English Language. I am currently working on dying languages in Yobe State and How to revive them. I am currently in Yobe State to interview one thousand people for the project.

You’re into academic and studying hard to get your PHd, what informed your decision to go into farm business?

My father was a great farmer with vast and arable land before he died. He farmed for a very long time and used to produce corns; vegetable, Garden egg, tomatoes and several crops, because in my town, we have a streamy river, which flows throughout the year. It gave us that ample opportunity to produce sugarcane and many other cash crops all through the year. My passion and interest to embrace farming was injected into me by my father, who died in 2018. But, he left large expanse of farmland of plantation for the family. However, I bought some in addition to what he left and to some extent, the harsh economic situation that we found ourselves in Nigeria. Anyone, who wants to survive this harsh economy must find something doing outside of government to eke a better living.I also discovered that Nigeria is more of a consuming country than a producing country. So, I opted to be a producer.

What kind of crops do you produce currently in your farms?

I am into cassava farming and by next year, I hope to get into production of garri for export. I intend to achieve this feat by constructing a factory for that, I am also into production of fruits such as: Banana, sweet and sour oranges and production of crops like beans, groundnuts, yam, cocoa yam, sugar cane, millet etc. Outside farming, I am also into real- estate buying, selling, and land development business.

People are saying Nigeria is a very harsh place for business to the extent the likes of Aliko Dangote and Femi Otedola are crying fowl today. Why did you decide to take such kind of huge risk against all odds?

I have an insight into how things are done in developed countries and knowledge about how people living in a consuming country suffer. It is unfortunate that Nigeria is a consuming country as well, we don’t produce much of what we consume. And the world is moving to industrialization, meanwhile my country is still waiting for NEPA to supply electricity in the 21st century. It was at this point that I decided to take the risk to invest all the money I have been making while overseas into Nigeria. I don’t have any single kobo outside Nigeria, all my financial base have been deployed into business here. My interest is to give back to the society; to support my people to grow and develop the agricultural sector. My company is small for now, but I am hoping to grow bigger by the day. My target is to produce job for my people, a minimum of five thousand job opportunities. My passion to help my people partly informed my decision.

The greatest problem militating against business growth in Nigeria is importation of goods, do you intend to produce for Nigerian markets or international markets?

I intend to produce for both Nigerian and international markets. I have said earlier in our interview that we produce crops such as: Cassava; yam, cocoa yam, that can’t be produced in some countries. I am trying to produce, package them under my company’s name and export to many countries.

The problem of mechanized farming is a major issue in Africa and Nigeria especially, what kind of machinery farming do you use ?

Now I work with people, but I am very happy that we had series of workshop for more than twenty years. My brother and I, have people working for us in the production of machines. Right now, we have produced so many machines on ground that squeeze liquid from sugarcane; machines that process wheat, corn, millet, groundnuts etc. Even ploughing machines are produced by our company. The ploughs we produce is a one controll, A person can do a great job on a farm when he or she purchased this machine, we have been selling it to lots of people. It’s very simple to use, just like holding a motorbike and work and have a great outcome on the farm. My farms are being ploughed using same machines . Though, I am planning to buy some tractors to maximize time and for effective farming.

Government policies used to be very harsh to industrial growth, what are you doing to ensure that government policies favours you to expand your business?

I have plan to extend my tentacles to work with Government and seek for their maximum support. What I am doing now is self development, but I will try to see how I can deploy requisite information to the public on how government could invest in manufacturing of farm equipment and facilities for agricultural and industrial growth. It is our desire that government look inwards to local manufacturers, such as our company for purchase of machines that would help improve on food production output. You can see lots people buying those locally made machines now imagine if government support our company in the production of those machineries to help the local farmers in our locality and Nigeria at large.

Agriculture used to be mainstay in northern Nigeria in the 60s and 70s, today Farmers in the region have abandoned agriculture for politics, do you have a plan to support them to go back to farm, moreso acquire new methods of farming ?

I am raising awareness about the need to go back to farm, because we have to be producing something for sustenance and development not totally rely on government as youths of 21st century. Every country or region that grows or desire to grow must embrace production of goods and services and not consuming alone. I am therefore hoping to reach out to government to help provide security in areas, where farming activities is high. We don’t have that much problem of insecurity in the northeast like we used to have before, Boko Haram used to be a big problem but it is almost down. The main thing here is farming, unlike in Kano people do businesses. In Bauchi,Gombe ,Yobe and all these areas, people farm a lot .

What is your advice about the nationwide protest due to economic hardship and soaring food prices? And what do think government should do about food insecurity?

First, the government at all levels must take deliberate actions to tackle the insecurity challenges and economic hardship that our dear citizens are currently in, the government officials should please be aware of the hardship and come to our aid. the world Is into high technological use meanwhile Nigeria is still busy with paperwork, I am urging government to help Farmers to secure farm in their areas, especially affected areas. We need to adopt the use of technology to address this problem. The government should provide easy access to faming machineries by encouraging local production and empower them by providing subsidised fertilizer and loans to support their production and services. The world is moving to irrigation farming, farmers need to start farming three times a year. I farm all through the year, I grow rice and wheat with irrigation techniques. Turkey, where I stay don’t wait for rains to come, they use irrigation system to farm. Dry season farming is one of the solutions to food insecurity.

And for technology, I want to talk about solar energy. I am not expecting to use fuel generators or wait for NEPA to bring light before wetting my farms, I am using and planning to use more solar energy to maximize my farming using technology. constant electricity supply is key to drive development. I have been schooling and working there for over twelves years and no power outage. If you provide twelve hours power supply daily, half of Nigerians will be in the middle class. The government could support farmers by providing solar power technology. Nigeria is left behind with about hundred years, but we can close the gap. We should focus on growing our people, because hunger is killing people in this country.

Rescue Movement Asks Tinubu to Respect Citizens Right to Protest, Address Needs of Nigerians

Rescue Movement Asks Tinubu to Respect Citizens Right to Protest, Address Needs of Nigerians

Group under umbrella of Rescue Movement has asked President Tinubu Respect the Rights of Citizens to Peaceful Protest and address the Needs of the People, Rather than Attempting to Suppress their Voices.

At an emergency meeting of the Board of Trustees of Rescue Movement for New Nigeria aka Rescue the Vulnerable Initiative, we resolve to critically dissect the ongoing feud between the government and Nigerian citizens, especially the youths that are planning a peaceful nationwide  protest and resolved as follows:

1. That as the government of Nigeria continues to grapple with the challenges facing our great nation, varying from hunger in the land, to highest unemployment the citizens of the country has ever experienced, insecurity ravaging the length and breath of the nation, kidnapping like the nation has ever known, currency free fall in world market amongst others; we urge the authorities to prioritize addressing the pressing needs of the people rather than trying every means to  suppress their fundamental rights to protest and express themselves.

2. That in a democratic setting like ours, the right to peaceful assembly and free speech is sacrosanct. However, recent events have shown a disturbing trend of intimidation, harassment, and seemingly suppression rights, especially from agencies of government.

3. Therefore we call on the government as a matter of urgency to:

(A) Listen to the grievances of the people and address them through tangible actions.

(B) Respect and protect the rights of citizens to protest peacefully.

(C) Make a national broadcast to the people of Nigeria and give them a sense of belonging in an update of what your government is up to.

(D) Engage in inclusive and transparent dialogue to build trust and foster national unity. Instead of resulting to intimidation, using incentives like money to suppress  the people as this would not help the ongoing resolute by these Nigerians to demand for good governance.

(E) Attempting to suppress the voices of the people will only exacerbate the problems we are facing. We must work together to build a Nigeria where every citizen’s rights are respected and their needs are met.

4. We call on Nigerians to peacefully engage in the upcoming protest and make their dissatisfaction known to the government without violence, looting or any act that can endanger life and properties in the country. It is a right of every Nigerian to  show their dissatisfaction but we must do this peacefully, knowing that destroying any life or properties would not just only worsen the already bad situation our country and economy and standard of life is, but it will make our development even slower.

5. In conclusion, we also call on law enforcement agencies in the country not to trigger any act that can lead to people responding in a violent act.

Nigeria is our country. We all must protect it, be it government officials and/or citizens.

May God bless the Rescue movement for new Nigeria

And May God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

SIGNED

Rev. Emmanuel Olorunmagba,

National Media Director and Publicity,

Rescue Movement for New Nigeria aka

Rescue the Vulnerable Initiative.

Economic Hardship: Coalition For Social Political Group Agrees To Denounce Planned Protest

Economic Hardship: Coalition For Social Political Group Agrees To Denounce Planned Protest

Coalition for Social Political Groups in collaboration with, AREWA media practitioners, organised a  conference on Nationwide planned protest by aggrieved Nigerians against the government of President Bola Ahmad Tinubu over socio-economic hardship in the country.

The press conference took place at Arewa House kaduna on Wednesday.

The coordinator of the joint press conference Comrade Musa Mohammed said the youths from the 7 north-west states which includes Kaduna,Kano, Jigawa, Katsina, Kebbi, Sokoto, and Zamfara states remain steadfast and committed to fostering entrepreneurship, advocating for youth development, and promoting peace and progress in Nigeria.

The groups expressed their dissent towards the national agitation for protests. Instead, they are urging President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to reconsider the removal of fuel subsidy, which has led to an economic downturn in the country.

“It’s high time to the government to implemented  robust measures aimed at developing the knowledge and skills of the youth. It is essential for the government to prioritize youth development and empowerment as a matter of urgency, both at the national and sub-national levels.

They further urged the Federal Government to address the prevailing issues of banditry and insurgency effectively. By ensuring security and stability in the country.

The conference pointed out that the Federal Government’s palliative measures have not been realistic or effective in alleviating the economic challenges faced by the citizens. However, he made it clear that they do not support the protest at this time, citing concerns about the timing and the potential for the protest to be exploited by unruly elements, resulting in harm to innocent citizens.

They call on president Bola Ahmed Tinubu to immediately implement policies such as massive employment opportunities and support for small-scale businesses, which will contribute to the improvement of our economy,” he added.

The group appealed to the Northern youth to give President Bola Ahmed Tinubu some time to work on the policies he has already initiated, aimed at alleviating their suffering.

Protest in Nigeria, Long overdue, says Fadojoe,Fmr. LP Presidential Aspirant

Nationwide Protest in Nigeria, Long overdue, says Fadojoe,Fmr. LP Presidential Aspirant

A former presidential aspirant under Labour Party and the leader of Rescue Movement For New Nigeria aka Rescue The Vulnerable Initiative, Comrade Faduri Oluwadare Joseph popularly known as Fadojoe has expressed support for peaceful protest, urging members of Rescue Movement across Nigeria to join the protest. And appealing to the youths leading the protest to do their best not to allow sponsored thugs to highjack the protest to turn it violent.

This he said through a broadcast on the official YouTube channel of Rescue TV, as he also calls on the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu lead federal government not to use uniform men to launch mayhem against the peaceful protesters.

“This protest being planned by Nigerians is long overdue. Protest is simply a way of expressing dissatisfaction with government anywhere in the world, even in America where we have better governance.

“When the government is on the wrong direction, the people have right to protest. When government policies are not favourable, in line and in tune with people’s values, citizens have the right to protest.

“All across the world; from America to Europe, protest is not to overthrow a government, but to express dissatisfaction when the people are suffering. The plan protest should not be tribalized or trivialized as politicians use to do when something doesn’t favour them.

“Democracy being the government of the people, by the people and for the people; means governance is for the masses. The pertinent question to Nigerians is that, irrespective of your tribe and religion, are you better off now than one year ago when president Tinubu took over power? The answer is capital NO! When a Yoruba man is in power and the masses are expressing dissatisfaction, in the desperate bid by politicians to silence them, they will say it’s either the Igbos or Hausas that are against the government”.

Expressing his sadness that due to how desperate politicians can be to the extent of attempting to call the planned peaceful protest different name and even mobilize some youths to tag it Igbo or Hausa issue on social media.

Adding that, “if we have an Hausa man as president and there is protest, the politicians will mobilize their boys to tag it Yoruba people protest. If we have an Igbo man as president they will call it Hausa or Yoruba protest. Now that we have a Yoruba man as president they are trying to tag it Hausa or Igbo people protest.

“But the question again is that, are the Yoruba people better off in terms of welfare than other tribe now a year after Tinubu took over? The answer again is a resounding NO! The hunger in the land doesn’t care about your ethnicity. Irrespective of your tribe we buy from the same market at unbearable outrageous high costs.

“In less than one year that President Tinubu took over, more than 700,000 Nigerians have lost their job, irrespective of their ethnicity. Newspaper may not report this, but it’s the fact.

“Microsoft and some international companies that have been in Nigeria many years ago, have now left Nigeria during the president Tinubu’s administration, due to bad policies, insecurity and the instability of our naira that has been nosediving. Of course no investor will stake his investment while the currency of the country is on a free fall everyday.

“Obviously this government is going the wrong direction. And protest is a way the citizens can voice out. And peaceful protest is not a new thing under a democratic administration. For instance, despite the good governance in America, the citizens still protest over one government policy or another. Why then must Nigerian government be afraid of protest”? he asked.

Lamenting further that this is the government that asked people to sacrifice, but lavishing the national resources in wasteful avoidable extravaganza lifestyle. And since subsidy was removed, Nigerians have been hearing is huge mismanagement of funds, allocating huge sum to the lawmakers for exotic cars, buying of private jet, traveling with large number of people, outrageous amount allocated for renovations and other wasteful spending despite the hard time Nigerian are passing through.

Asserting that, “this protest is going to be spearheaded by the youths. Therefore I plead with the youths to ensure it remains peaceful. And to the youths the politicians may try to use to disrupt the protest in any form; including trying to create violence so as to discredit the good idea of the organizers. I call on such youths to have a rethink and not make themselves willing tool in the hand of politicians that have destroyed the entire system and still destroying the future of the same youths, while their children are abroad. Any politician that needs youths are thugs should be asked to call their children to Nigeria to do the dirty job.

“To the Nigerian Police and other uniform personnel, I call on you not to be used to shoot or even fire teargas as the protest will continue to be a peaceful expression by the suffering masses. No doubt that you are also cringing under the yoke of bad governance and your family members are also affected. You are supposed to be for maintenance of peace and order and not a mere tool in the hand of the government to turn the barrel of gun against your fellow citizens while they are exercising their right to speak out when the pains everyone is passing through has become unbearable, including you and your family. Can your salary put food on the table for your family conveniently and you still comfortably pay your children school fees? We all know the answer.

“And to president Bola Ahmed Tinubu, I want to assume he may not use uniform men to launch mayhem on the peaceful protesters as he has been in forefront of many protests in Nigeria right from the days of the military to tenure of former President Goodluck Jonathan, that he (Tinubu) was at the forefront of the protest against subsidy removal.

“Therefore, I call on Mr. President to call on members of his team that are now using social media to propagate anomalies over this protest and trying to tag it TRIBALISM, to desist from such act as it’s not yielding positive response.

“I, Joseph Oluwadare Faduri aka Fadojoe, support this peaceful protest because protest is a way of expressing displeasure by the masses. And I call on members of our Rescue Movement For New Nigeria across the country to also be part of the peaceful protest. No doubt right now, things are going bad in the country and it just can’t continue this way.

“We can’t continue to run a country where law and order are being flaunted when it has to do with the elite. A nation where law is only for the poor.

“I wish all Nigerians best of luck as we embark on this peaceful protest, believing it will lead to this President Tinubu lead administration to sit up and see to the untold hardship in the country. And let’s keep educating the people that protest is not a tribal issue, but a peaceful expression of displeasure over unfavorable government policies”. he concluded.

Dangote: Kano Emir,Sanusi Reacts, Says Need to Give Priority to  Refinery key

Dangote: Kano Emir,Sanusi Reacts, Says Need to Give Priority to  Refinery key

The 16th Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi II, has reacted to the ongoing dispute between the Downstream Petroleum Authority and the Dangote Refinery.

Daily Post reported that Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, a former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria commented on the issue through SOP Chat Group.

Emir Muhammadu Sanusi said; “Aliko Dangote did not fix the price at which the CBN sold dollars. Everyone who got dollars from the CBN got dollars at the same rate if they bought on the same day. So we cannot blame him for buying dollars at a rate the CBN itself decided to sell to its customers.”

He added; “So the question for me is this. Let us forget the man Dangote. If the Central Bank were to prioritize a single enterprise for forex allocation, how many enterprises can we think of that are worthier than a refinery like this one?”

The former CBN Governor stated further; “By the way, how much forex did Dangote buy from the CBN at this subsidized rate? How much forex did NNPC take from the federation account in the same year in the name of running and turning around its dead refineries?”

He noted; “We hear about Dangote getting favourable taxation but no one has said what this tax is, if he got it alone or if it was offered to a sector or to pioneers, and if such a practice is in fact normal to encourage investment.”

The recent statement by Emir Muhammadu Sanusi which was shared by Daily Post has generated a lot of reactions from many Nigerians.

Kaduna Non-Indegenes Withdraw from Protest, Say It’s Ploy to Loot their Shops, Market

Nationwide Protest: Kaduna Non-Indegenes Withdraw, Say It’s Ploy to Loot their Shops, Market

Ahead of the planned nationwide protest against soaring cost of living and economic hardship in the country, Kaduna State Non Indegenes Forum(KSNIF) has raised alarm over possibility of hoodlums hiding under the protest to loot their shops;market and business premises across the State.

The non indegenes, especially the Igbo traders announced the decision not join the protest, because of past experiences, which have shown that once there is any protest action or crisis situation in Kaduna, the target is always their market stalls and business areas with extensive looting of food items; electronics and valuables .

The Kaduna Non-Indegenes Forum in a statement jointly signed by the Chairman ,Chief Emeke Emmanuel Okafor and Secretary,Mr Adewale Peter Adelanwa urged the citizens to shun the directive to embark on the planned protest, considering that fact the Police Command in State did recently banned all forms of unlawful protests. Stressing, ” It is our hope that citizens in the State will remain law abiding in this regard.”

The Statement further reads: We are therefore calling on the security agencies to tighten security within offices and business premises to avoid looting and breakdown of law and order should the citizens decide to embark on the protest.

“Kaduna is volatile State and has tasted its bit of bitter crises with the Igbos most hit and suffering huge loss of lives and property over the years. This time, we can’t afford to lose anyone and valuables to avoidable situations.

“It is our desire that considering the past crisis experiences and hundred percent chances of hoodlums hijacking the peaceful process, we strongly advise against any form of protest in Kaduna for now .

“We want to categorically state that we are part of people facing the economic hardship, but we cannot afford to lose our hard earned investments and properties at this critical period, when Nigerians currently are battling one of the country’s worst inflation and economic crisis sparked by the government’s twin policies of petrol subsidy removal and unification of forex windows.

“There was a report where the United Nations (UN) department of safety and security warned that the planned protests in Nigeria may be hijacked by groups with ulterior motives, hence our decision to appeal to citizens against joining the protest action.

“There is no how the “10 days of rage,” starting from August I to 10 will address the country’s soaring cost of living and economic hardship, instead it will cause more hardship.”

While reiterating concerns about the possibility of violence, citing past instances where similar protests in the State had degenerated into escalated crisis, he called on state government to deploy security operatives to red zones or identified flash points should the protest take place .

GOV UBA SANI IS ARCHITECT OF KADUNA’S RENAISSANCE – Hon Yahaya Ishaq

WHY UBA SANI’S GOVERNANCE STYLE IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT — Hon. Ishaq Maishanu

Kaduna politician and businessman, Ishaq Maishanu has declared that Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna State has not only performed so well, but set a new governance standard in present day Nigeria. In this exclusive interview with newsmen in Kaduna, he mentioned a number policies and programmes of Governor Sani that he said can’t be found anywhere in Nigeria in the last one year. Excerpts:

Sir what would you say is the most unforgettable memory in the recent history of Kaduna State under Governor Sani?

Well, as you are aware, the problem of rampant demolition of structures or sacking of civil servants is now history. Unlike before, the rural folks are now fully in the picture of governance, as they get projects and financial support for their small-scale businesses. As I speak to you, many people are still surprised by the compassionate side of the governor that is translating into governance with human face, just as projects are being commissioned in droves.

With a little over one year in power, the Governor is widely believed to have done a lot to turn around Kaduna’s fortunes. How did he do it , with the multiple challenges on ground?

It is now clear to everyone that in the last one year and still counting, Governor Sani’s administration has worked tirelessly to implement a range of reforms and projects aimed at transforming Kaduna State’s economy, infrastructure, social services, and a relentless war against poverty. This is despite the challenges of funding and worrisome level of indebtedness of the State. I think it’s even magical.

Many Nigerians in general and the people of Kaduna State in particular agree that there are key policies and programmes of Governor Uba Sani in the last one year that are peculiar to Kaduna State alone.

Hon, can you give us some verifiable examples of such policies and programmes you just talked about?

Sure, the records are everywhere. Let me just say that he has been the forefront as a governor under the current dispensation to have taken very bold steps. Back to your question of examples. He is the first governor in Nigeria to sign an Executive Order for the inclusion of over 2 million poor, underserved people in Kaduna State and he is the first governor to release over N3 billion to pensioners and families of deceased persons who served the state civil service soon after his swearing-in as governor. He became the first governor to commission the first Township stadium in rural Kaduna, located at Kudan Local Government. About the same time, the governor had kickstarted rural electrification and rural roads a few months after being sworn into office.

Many State’s of the Northwest were grappling with difficulty of access to medical care, especially in the rural areas because of bad roads. What would you say makes Kaduna’s case different?

Let me just say, for the records also, that Governor Sani is the first to launch Mobile Clinics, to ensure access to quality healthcare services for remote areas of Kaduna State.

One major challenge for today’s Nigeria has been the economy. As someone close to Governor Sani, what would you say is the trouble with Kaduna in that realm?

(Laughter) Kaduna’s economy is not troubled because local businesses are operating unhindered by government policies that Governor Sani introduced. It is important at this juncture, to emphasize that the current administration in Kaduna is respected for its policy of genuinely providing an enabling business environment. No harsh policies against either big time entrepreneurs or small-scale enterprises. Again, I must say that Uba Sani is the first governor to pursue home-grown micro-economic policies to give a major and fast boost to the fortunes of small-scale entrepreneurs. Don’t forget his introduction of a home-grown economic intervention measure known as ‘A Kori Talauci’, which has provided easy funding access and support to small businesses, with amounts ranging from N50,000 to N300,000 per head.

So much about the economy, what about infrastructure? Isn’t it of immense importance to Kaduna people?

Of course it is. Tell me about any Nigerian governor under the current democratic system who would flag off infrastructural projects with Caterpillars, Tippers, and laborers on standby. This kind of approach to infrastructure is unheard of, only in Kaduna this happens.

Years ago, in this country, successive governments at federal and state levels have launched empowerment schemes but there were complaints about lack of cash-backing. What would you say is the case of Kaduna today?

Again, I have examples to give you. Uba Sani is the first Governor to spend N11.4billion to alleviate suffering of citizens. Do your homework and connect the other dots(laughter).

Like many States of the Northwest, insecurity has been a major headache. What is your take on Kaduna’s situation

I give the governor a pass mark. I think he is also the first Governor under the current dispensation to etsablish a Security Trust Fund and distribute 150 operational vehicles some 500 motorcycles to security agents. He did not stop there, he also offered logistics support to them in order to fight terrorism and allied crimes in Kaduna today. I can go on and on with verifiable examples of Governor Uba Sani’s programmes and policies and it would take us weeks to cover even half of it. I leave the rest for you as reporters, to carry on.

Lastly Sir what would you like to say to the people of Kaduna State at this point time?

Well, mine is to advise them to pray fervently because they are lucky to have a governor so in love with grassroots, compassionate and exceptionally caring. He has been known for building bridges of understanding, as we can see that the people of Kaduna are living peacefully in brotherhood and unity, regardless of ethnic or religious differences. We need to keep praying for him to consolidate on his achievements and maintain the current peace and unity in the State.

I must also warn that his strategy of taking Kaduna to greater height would give some vested interests sleepless nights and they may want to indulge in mischief. He must remain undistracted and the people of Kaduna must remain steadfast in praying for him against unpatriotic forces, both known and unknown.
